Hugo Boss, London

This fashion giant teamed up with The Bon Collective studio to thoughtfully reimagine their Camden office space. Following the post-COVID shift, this project was crafted to create a dynamic, welcoming environment that encouraged employees to return to the workspace.

The design focused on flexibility and community, breathing new life into the office environment. At the core of the space, a central hub was developed as the office's pivotal point—a vibrant ‘townhall’ designed for spontaneous collaboration, events, and social interaction. This served as a focal point for employee engagement, offering a mix of open and enclosed areas for meetings, events, and casual gatherings.

The ‘work wings’ sprawled out from the central hub. Various zones were created around the individual workstations to cater to diverse needs for hybrid and flexible work. These included touchdown areas for quick, casual work, quiet zones for focused tasks, and additional meeting rooms to accommodate different styles of collaboration.
