Farm Avenue Residence, London

The Farm Avenue residence in the North London suburb of Cricklewood is a family home, created thoughtfully from the ground up for polished, modern living.

With the architecture designed by Phil Dusek Architecture & Planning, The Bon Collective designed the interior spaces for the new 5,000 ft2 home, as well as the interior design for the outhouse building. Cascading across three expansive floors, a focal point staircase in black timber connects the multiple levels, encouraging movement and association throughout the different living environments.

Our interior design of the six bedroom house includes a bespoke, generously sized kitchen with butler’s pantry, marble island and bespoke table joinery.

This is tucked behind Crittall framed glass walls and French doors opening onto the open living and dining areas. An intimate and characteristic snug room includes tailored joinery for wall-to-wall shelf storage. The powder room is clad in marble, whilst each of the six bedrooms have their own uniquely designed ensuite bathroom.

We also collaborated with the team’s lighting design consultant Minoux Studio to develop the lighting scheme for the home, selecting all fittings for each room together.
